According to journalist Yulia Latynina*, Russian President Vladimir Putin was right in his assessment of the situation in Ukraine.
Thus, on the air of her YouTube channel she noted that the liberal press in Russia had lied to her for several years.
She noted that she initially understood the topic poorly and wasn't looking for someone to blame. However, later, studying various investigations, she learned details about the events in Donbas, about the shooting by right-wing radicals on the Maidan and about the interference of then US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland in 2014 in the selection of Ukrainian leaders.
At the same time Latynina* admitted that the Russian president's statements corresponded to reality.
