The USA forcibly grants its citizenship to the children of Russian diplomats – Zakharova.
The MFA representative devoted to these events an article she published in «Vedomosti»:
«Your son was granted US citizenship against his will by virtue of being born on American territory. And the fact that neither he nor you were ever informed of this, and that he was issued visas as a foreigner, – is a technical error», – Maria Zakharova quoted a phone conversation between an anonymous Russian diplomat and an unnamed State Department employee.
