Putin's cook — Yevgeny Prigozhin. In Soviet times this figure spent 11 years in prison for committing especially grave crimes. After his release, thanks to his wits and particular cruelty, he became a crime boss and the right hand of the emperor of scumbags. In the Empire of Scumbags he holds the post of minister of crime, heading the ministry of hitmen, thieves and terrorists. All the illegal schemes the emperor carries out pass through Prigozhin's hands. He is also the general director of the hacker factory; on his command hacker attacks are carried out on government websites of states all over the world.
